Yesterday I talked about why we need to dress when you work from home. You may go to the gym everyday before you go to work weather it is at home or in a office. If you work in a office setting and go to the gym would you just leave in your workout clothes? No... you would change so I am encouraging you to do the same when working from home. Dressing is much different when working from home then working in a office. You can be in your PJ's or yoga pants all day in reality no one will really care.

I feel when I dress for work I feel like I am part of the world and puts you in a work mindset. You will want to get out a few times a day even to get a Starbucks coffee.

What is work at home style? Here are some tips on what works for me.

Put shoes on and other things that make you feel like you are dress.

Wear shoes when you work from home this will put you in a work mindset. Also if you do wear yoga pants and tee put a bra on! Hygiene is important as well. Brush your teeth, comb your hair and put makeup on even if it is a lipstick and mascara. If you get up and roll out of bed and start working the hygiene seems to be put aside. Have routine shower, brush teeth and get dressed!

Your work at home clothes will be able to let you go outside the house.

One of the benefits from working from home is that you don't have to wear office attire. Work at home attire is usually casual. You should not spend the entire day in your home. You may need to meet with people during the day for lunch or meetings as well as running personal errands.

Here are some examples to change at work at home look with very little change.

The outfits to the left are what you would wear at home. Still pulled together but a quick change with a blazer and heel boot and accessories! So these looks are basically changing a look with a few simple items like earrings and a shoe change. Working from home clothing is not ratty. Comfort is one thing but sloppiness is another.

Get more use out of your work clothes!

Pieces that work well when you are working from home can also be dressed up.
Outfit on the left is a tank and yoga pant and a cute gray cardigan and then on the right the cardigan can be put over a cute dress.

Jazz up your work from home pieces!
You can add a cute gold ballet flat to your work outfit as shown on the left above and then om the add a belt and jewelry.

Look at this outfit. The top can go with a pair of jeans and then bring out the orange in the shirt with a pair of orange ballet flats or open toe sandal.

This out is cute for at home work as well. Look at the scarf that is added with the boot.

Also an animal print ballet flat to bring out the animal print scarf.
