Turlenecks!!!!

TURTLENECKS!

Here we are 2016 and everyone is talking about turtlenecks as a

huge trend for fall and they are back better then ever. In my opinion I have never thought a turtleneck was not acceptable. Turtlenecks in fashion have been around since the 1950's and in the 90's we often associate the turtleneck with a preppy look and lifestyle! I love a turtleneck because it frames the face and as we get older we can hide are true age. The way your neck looks tells your age.. as they say never place a mirror on a table and look down. You may just wear a turtleneck forever!

There is always an occasion to pop on a turtleneck. If you have curves and want to show them wear a turtleneck with a longer skirt this is a great look for the office, date or even to church as it shows off your curves and sense of style and not looking too sexy.

Here are some occasions were you can rock a turtleneck. I like to wear one when I want to wear one but some people need ideas and certain situations where a turtleneck 

1. Brunch

Here is a winter white (my blog yesterday) turtleneck sweater go for a high waist denim jean with crop turtleneck sweater.

2. Dinner Party

When going to a dinner party wear a bright colored turtlneck. So you go for the bright yellow as shown with a mini skirt.

3. Travel

This is a great way to be comfortable and pulled together in a heartbeat! This is great look for layering. So grab a thin Merino Wool turtleneck and put a camel vest over it. Pull in a dark denim to pull off the look.

4. Date Night!

Turtleneck sweater dress!

Go with a turtleneck sweater dress for a flirty style.Grab a pair of sexy heels with a bow and then pair it with a vest.  When choosing this option I would make sure the vest is a different color palette.  If you just want to wear the turtleneck sweater dress then make sure you have a tall boot.

5. Work, office

Great look high neck blouse.. turtleneck is just not a sweater...
