So what items can help us with our problem areas. If one person out there says they don't have any problems they are lying! I think every person has said there is a problem area. So when talking about all these trends think about what works for you and your problem areas.
Problem Bust: Big bust
Yes believe it or not women hate they have a big bust and want to minimizes it!
What works?
1. V-Neck tops
2. Dark Prints
Why do these work?
They will get the attention to a new focal point.Use dark prints on top and a lighter color on the bottom to beak up space.
V-Neck are flattering but remember to keep them simple as too much V-Neck shows cleavage and that will focus the attention on the bust.
Top By Affixed on you $34.99
Dress Nordstrom $114
Problem: Hate your neck? Want to lengthen and slim your neck?
What Works?
1.V-Neck top with button downs
2. Long Pendant necklaces
3.Long Scarves
Why does it work?
It draws attention down the body and focus is less on your neck area. It does not matter what neck problem you have try one of these remedies.
The striped shirt is from Coldwater Creek $75
Leopard scarf Express:$30
3. Hate your Arms
Unless you are Michelle Obama I think most women hate their arms. You see the cute sleeveless tops and think there is no way I can wear this!
What Works?
In the summer and Spring opt for 3/4 sleeve dresses, blouses, cardigans and even jackets.
Why does it work?
This provides coverage but you still show skin for the season.
White Cardigan from ALfani (Macy's)$49
Pink Petal sleeve blouse $110... White house black market..
4.Hate your stomach?
This seems to be a problem sport for many women that had children. Unless you were wealthy and fortunate enough to get a tummy tuck..I hate the muffin top! Don't hide it by extra over sized shirt/sweater.
What Works?
High waisted shape.
Wrap Dresses..
Love the wrap dresses. They look dynamite on everyone!
Why does this work?
The wrap dress adds structure to your midsection.
Shaper will smooth you in and out. Clean lines
Spanx Shaper $36
Vera Wang Kohl's.. Wrap dress $68
5.Want thinner thighs?
Some women have very thick thighs. They may be active and not overweight but by genetics they have thick thighs! (raising my hand)me...( my father called me thunder thighs) yes he did.
What Works?
A-Line Skirt
High waist denim
Pointe shoes
Why does this work?
A-line skirts highlight the slimmest part of your waistline. They also conceal your butt and thighs!!!
Pants with thicker fabric work best it will hold you in for a clean line.
Pointed shoe will put the focus on the bottom and away from the Thighs!
A-Line Skirt is from Calvin Klein $129 (Macy's)
