Happy Summer! 

(well almost)

It is hot here even though my favorite season especially for clothing. I do love summer clothing... hey anything to get new clothing!

So what are basic summer outfits that are timeless and you can add your own touches!

These 3 outfits:

Neutrals from head to toe... 

Little Black Dress with Statement Belt

Long skirt; with high slit; and simple top

You can add your own touches... Remember it is not the exact look you are going for but just the style.

So this next group of Summer outfits:
-Bright Color dress with a bold cold heel..
This yellow dress is gorgeous (Shown with a red heel but I would pair with a royal blue heel)

-Print Dress with cutouts
(this actually looks classy) Some cutouts in dresses just look cheap but this dress done in blue with cutouts is adorable!
-pretty for a wedding

- Bright Shirt dress with a lace up flat.
I love shirt dresses in the summer as they are so forgiving and so simple to put on in the morning!

The next group of summer's best clothing!
-Camo ankle pant with bold bag and bright shoe.

-Striped romper with nude strap heel.
(romper is very very hot)

-BOHO Summer dress with over the knee boot

This next group shows casual looks and a suit that is a casual look.
-Oxford shirt with crop jean. Classic look.. will never go out of style!

-Khaki summer suit with a print heel or flat

-Cute.. Bermuda shorts with button down shirt and silver Birkenstocks..

Classic Power Suit

The classic power suit!

I remember when a few people said why do you sell suits they are so out of fashion. I replied suits are never out of fashion. Do you want them to consist of your entire work wardrobe? No. Combination of everything creates style and suits are great for weddings, funerals, job interviews and you want to wear it for a important meetings or presentations. I remember I wore a classic Navy pants suit for a wedding with a bold gold chain necklace and a black silk Cami and I received so many complements. When buying a suit keep it in style. 

So does wearing a suit bring back memories of Hilary Clinton or you dad wearing his navy suit and tie... well here is a new way to look at suits and want to make you wear one for just about any occasion.

So the classic suit is getting a makeover with prints and necklaces. These suits will even make you look like a boss with not even trying.

Prints are going to be in style. This style has a swing coat with a wide leg crop pant.

These suits are a classic colors with a twist. The blue suit with the bandeau is a sexy look. My favorite is the classic white suit with the red blouse and black sandals which screams summer. For a more corporate look pair with a black peep toe. The laender suit is stunning with the classic blue and white striped shirt. Cute silver shoes with a chunky fashion necklace.

Now these.. In my opinion these are not really a option. But you are going to see these everywhere and maybe they will catch on? I know I hate seeing someone at the grocery store and someone has their pink hello kitty pj pants!

The double breasted suit is coming back and that is great for business! Love this cobalt suit and the tobacco brown suit is just gorgeous! The brown suit has a casual look with the white sneaker

This next suit has summer written all over it. It combines 2 trends in one. The shorts suit and the classic black and white is gorgeous and come on... this can really take you to any occasion. Girls night out or even to a classic summer cocktail party.

Here is another black an white classic suit. If you know me well... I love white suits!

Tweed suit are gorgeous and this style has a summer look because of the shorts!

CROP TOP Debate! What the heck was this mom Thinking!

Hi all!!!!

Sorry I am still recovering from my Knee Surgery! 

I fell the other day and was up early to head down to my surgeon. Everything is ok but today was one of the few days I was watching the today show.  Since I sell clothing. for a living some people order clothing from China and it is disaster! Some people order their wedding dresses from Vendors in China... I have a story for you later!

So this Mom from Huston ordered this top for her 16 year old daughter for $4.99!!! Great price but at 16 lets show some class! I do not have a daughter but I have a great niece and I can not even imagine my niece buying this for her. With this crop top do we know how big the girl is. Is she busty? All we know it will fit the cat. Seriously. 

I think that parents of young girls need to wake up!!! I remember being rebellious and wanting to wear what I wanted but I learned very early if you want to attract a certain boyfriend or possible spouse than show some class. This is just my opinion.

FALL FASHION TRENDS!!! 2015

Fall Fashion 2015!!!!

Here it is the beginning of June and I am talking about fall fashion! As you get to know me I am obsessed with fall fashion!!!  I look forward to July every year because I start to gear up for the fall and winter clothing season! That is why I do love what I do because I can start the fall fashion looks early! I think most people think I am crazy for thinking of fall fashion. In reality the fall fashion begins long before the last season ends!

Here is what we can look forward to for Fall Fashion Trends!

I always love to talk and blog about fall!!! Main reason is you can find great bargains and get ahead on trend for cheap!!!!

So what can we look forward to?

1. Bring on the BLING!!!

Yes bling.. I like a little bling and just recently I bought some great jewelry items that are a little bit more loud then what I would usually wear but I am loving it!

So bold jewelry is back and we will see a femine, sparkly design that we will see in earrings and broaches. Nothing like a gorgeous black turtleneck (which is also big for fall 2015) with a bold sparkly broach!

2.Lady Loafers?  Stacked Kitten Heel

This heel is a wide smaller heel. Designers are looking in making this heel look great instead of or an addition to your wardrobe. I think it may been hard to love this style I am speaking for myself but I will give it a try.. at least one pair. Designers are making this style of shoe look cool :)

3. Carwash Pleates

These are the wide version of the popular fringe.  These just took off after the fall runways shows. I really love the skirt as it does need to be done right as it can get frumpy quickly.

4. STOMP!!! (Heavy chunky Boots)

So what is this and what does this mean! Well designers are stepping up to the harsh past winters we have had so we can keep our feet dry and warm and look great! It may take some convincing to get me on board with this. So this "stomp" boot design so we can look fashionable to "STOMP" around the snow...  They think they are black they are high fashion... 

5. Happy Hemlines? 

This hemline has a bounce or flounce to it. It is carefree and "happy"

All these skirts do look like they are smiling and you will be to when you wear these! I love this silhouette as it does wonders for any shape. They can be worn at the office, evening or even casual wear. Just as the pencil skirt says a certain vibe this does as well.

6. Furry Feet! ( Yes footwear that has fur on them)

Some of these shoes look over the top but coming from a hockey mom these will keep me warm in the cold cold rink in the middle of winter!  These are all over the runway for the fall and winter season. These will be a conversation piece and a focal point to any outfit! Try to keep one furry clothing piece to one.. don't want to add a fur coat people may mistake you for being Russian.

7. Gray Suits

This is a classic color for a suit and it is just as important as black in my opinion. The saying for this trend is the "50 shades of gray suits"  I think we heard enough of the "50 shades of gray" for everything.  Gray will be a huge part for Fall 2015!!  You can find great deals on gray suits! 

8. High waist pants/ Skirts

So the waist is claiming well above the belly button for this season. Just hoping Mom jeans stay in the grave! The high waist will make you look lean and long. and what we all want... TINY WAIST!!!!

9. One Shoulder:

We seen this in the summer season but it carries over to the winter in style!

This fall we will see dresses and gowns and even coats with a one shoulder style.

10. Plaid

I actually always like a little plaid for the fall season! Does the Burberry Plaid ever go out of style? The plaid on the runway is red plaid...... Red is classic color for a plaid design. 

Great addition to add to black as always black is all over the runway!

Best Dresses on the Today Show???

Who is the best dressed on the Today Show?

I love seeing the fashion of the anchors on the Today show. You can pretty much depend on them to always be in style but there is one anchor that is a true fashionista! Tamron Hall! She is cute as a button and love the short hair and when she says something is going to be in fashion you can bank on it being hot!

I love when she said western style was big for fall. I immediately went out and bought a pair of western boots! I never owned a pair but now I have two. I have these and I love them.
The pair on the left our my pair and you can see the stylish Tamron Hall with her collection of western wear. I get a lot of my ideas for selling from her and what she is wearing she is a big part of my inspiration. I love her short hair because she wears it just like I do and it says to women want short hair? Do it? and I have heard everything on why women won't do it... everyone says to me " I love your cut but I can't do it my husband will kill me."

Sorry this has not been a daily thing!!! I will try my best as I am still recovering from total knee replacement. I am hoping by the next month I can walk normally and go to New York City with my husband. Where we first met in 1995 Times Square on New Years Eve I was from Philadelphia and him from Ohio. And we have been married for 18 years and I love him more then anything.

Office or Movie Theater Cold?These fashionable styles will keep you warm and stylish!

Happy Friday!!!!

Well the weekend is here and most of us may be enjoying a night out at the movies. Here in Ohio it is hot and sticky and I am still recovering from total knee replacement! I was finally able to shave and was so happy about that!

So I know when I was working in a office I was cold all the time and put a bummer into the summer fashion. I wanted to show off my cute sleeveless blouse or dress. I wanted to show off my tanned bare legs that I worked on weekends at the pool or a vacation at the Jersey Shore.

Our winter clothes are put away and we are looking forward to wearing out sundresses and shorts. Again while to is so got that you can't wait to jump into a cold pool your office environment may be cold as the frozen tundra.  Coming in from the heat after lunch and walking into the frozen environment and your coworker is so cold she has those fingerless gloves on you know it is cold and you have an abundance of cardigans at your desk what will still make you stand out from the rest.

So having a few options at our desk is a must have. Most people that are not stylish have their grandma cardigan over their chair in case they are cold. Have some options to match your outfit and keep you the fashionista you are!
