Surprising dress of the night! Lady Gaga.. I know there are some people that will disagree with me but she was gorgeous during her sound of music bit. I never realized how gorgeous she is I know her red gloves were gross but the dress was pretty.

We went through 1-10 items that you need in your closet for 2015 and beyond. These are great items and you may have them already in your closet. There are some I do not care for like the mens loafer but most of these I have in my own closet. 

11. The Denim Dress

This is a must have! There are so many great options out there. In the spring and summer pair with a wedge open toe shoe and the denim dress can take you into the fall with a great tall boot. Take this out on the town with a high heel!

12. Pair of Motto Boots.. Motorcycle boot.

They are now calling motorcycle boots and jackets motto. I think it sounds more appealing. Some people may view a motorcycle jacket boot and hard rough! 

This is something to invest in this year! The reason they are a 2015 essential is that they can be worn all year. 

Me personally if I wanted these in my wardrobe I would buy a really cheap pair. But here is an example.

13. Statement Skirt.... 

I have a few skirts in my wardrobe. I prefer a great dress.

Try a wrap, asymmetrical or tiered on a long or short style. Get them on sale!!!! Buy a style that you can wear with a tee, blouse or a great sweater.

14. Shearling Coat

This is a gorgeous option and I have always loved this look! I do advised getting a faux one because I think it is obviously less expensive but it looks just as good. Great inside out items look gorgeous and just has that snow kissed glow that adds to our sense of style. This look is popping up all over the fashion world from coats, bags and even shoes!

15. Gladiator Sandal.

I love this look! I have a black one and brown one from Steve Madden that in the summer is great with shorts or a cute dress!!

I can not say this loud enough get a pair for summer!!!!! Look on eBay for last years styles. Does not matter on what year they came out but we are going for the look!

16. BOHO Tunic

This is a great style that has not gone away. Last season the BOHO Suede Fringe was huge and will continue into Spring and Summer. I would opt for something classic and basic. Maxi skirt, dress or a chic 70's inspired piece for the upcoming season!

17. Retro Polo Shirt
This is a great classic style. I have had a red polo that I have had in my wardrobe for a few seasons. I pair my red polo with a red white and blue plaid shorts.

18. Tailored Shirt Dress.
This is a great dress. I like a denim shirt dress.. 2 styles that are must have into one. This year style will be a more tailored style. Last years over sized style is out and opt for the more tailored style.

19. Pendant Necklace.

20. Colorful Suede Skirt

This style and colors are taking advantage of the suede that so many people just think for Fall and Winter. Every color just looks richer in suede. DO not go for black and brown... go for a unique color!

21. A Chic Carryall..

This is such a great bag to have now I know some have a Louis Vitton carryall but I bought a pink one I bought last year for $25. 

I love it. I used it for the pool and now I use it for the Y...

The bag you want to get is a bag that not only practical but fashion forward for 2015.

Don't opt for one that looks to casual.. Like a Canvas LL Bean or Lands' End bag. Also I am no talking about a 31 bag or Vera Bradley. I am not a fan of the last 2... no offense but I hate those bags. In my opinion they are sloppy.

The fashion must haves are calling for a rich leather or suede. I would buy a faux leather or suede.

22. Utility Skirt

This is cute style...and this style is a relaxing style. In 2015 you will see the more feminine styles that can take you anywhere on the weekends.

I love lace and this is perfect look is perfect. My favorite lace style is a black lace overlay on a beige or flesh color. Lace is everywhere especially on dresses. I mean not only on a stunning cocktail dress but casual dresses.

24. Something Ruffled

Ruffles are so cute and can add that spacial touch to an outfit. I have in my store on eBay a DKNY Black wool coat with a ruffle trim not only along the neckline but also on the cuff of the sleeve.

Be careful with choosing a ruffle don't get that 80's blouse you have been holding onto hoping it would come back in style! 

Ruffles can also be intrepid as a Peplum style. This trend is about movement.

Yeah right.. really a white shirt for $550.. Since I recommend getting a new white tee or blouse every year I would not spend $550 or even $50

I have put together what fashion items you need for 2015! Yes the entire year of 2015. These are items you can get on sale now or some people go to secondhand stores so you see it pick it up you will need it and these are items that I think every person needs these through the years ahead! Fashion for 2015 is going to be a unbelievable year. This is a fun year to try the trends like a one shoulder dress, lace or/and ruffles. This is a great year for classics a great blazer or a crisp cotton shirts. These items are the 25 items you will need for a great chic year!

1. Striped Shirt

This is a great idea. White and Nay boat neck shirt is great for a summer nautical look. This is a trend for 2015 but this is also a classic look that can you can keep in your wardrobe for seasons to come. This shirt is from J.Crew.. White and Navy. $90.. yes $90... I just sold a new J.Crew shirt done in Coral and Navy same style for $19.

2. Evening Pant

This is a year of evening pants. This is a great go to item!You can go with a high or low waist style everyone will go for a more roomy pant.

3. Tuxedo Blazer

This style jacket will take you from morning to evening. Now Blazers are always a classic style and needed in your wardrobe but there is something about the look of a tuxedo blazer that says wow... look at her! Try working this in with a jean.

White jeans are more versatile then ever! Great white on white look pair with a white tee. You will wear them in the summer but this is really for every season.

This is a huge trend for 2105! This will not only be hot in a dress but a top is a gorgeous look. The look has been somewhat put away for awhile but this will be a look to carry all year from a winter evening dress to a summer sundress.

6. Gingham... 
This is a huge trend for both men and women. This is a look that is going towards blouses, dresses and skirts.
I would recommend buying a piece that goes with a traditional piece.
This skirt is Pricey I would not recommend buying this unless you have money to throw around and in that case I will go shopping with you and you can be my best friend.

7. Menswear Flat. I am not so much into this. I remember have a wingtip back in the day when I am going to a New Kids on the Block Concert. In 2015 the flat is a must have period but they want you look more of a menswear look.

8. A Sweater Dress.. This look does not seem to go away so they are on sale now so pick them up. If they are a cap sleeve wear it into spring. Fall this will be hot and one of my favorite looks is a sweater dress with a ridding boot. The look is it to be a little more a lose fit.

9. Camel Coat...
This is a great look. I love this color and perfect for winter and go with a camel trench coat. This is just a must wear neutral color great for the person that hates to keep going back to black.

10. Classic Trench..
I have been talking about this for a month! This is a great look. Great in a bold color like yellow or Blue.
If you don't want to spend a lot of money go with a less expensive option. Go to eBay..

Rockabilly Fashion? What is it?

What is Rockabilly Fashion?

I have been wondering what the heck is it? I know it was a style of music but so many people on eBay will say "rockabilly style"... I decided to do some research and figure out what is rockabilly style.

Once I discovered the fashion sense of the Rockabilly girl I came across the fact that all women have some kind of fashion rules. They follow some soft of rules for fashion and it is rare to meet a women that does not have a set of rules. Some people may argue with this but a person that does wear active wear almost everyday this woman does have a set of rules maybe for a wedding or a date. 

I have a very athletic friend.. actually will be running in the Boston Marathon and she is stunning! Outside her fitness routine she has rules of fashion and she wears it well.

1. Rockabilly Hair: Bold Color! You usually don't see a blond "rockabilly girl" if they do have blond hair it is a white blond. Also they do their color at home since there is no highlights. Bangs are a must have or can be faked. The rockabilly girl also uses a variety of hair accessories like bandanna, flowers or bows.

2. Rockabilly Fashion: Pencil skirts, cropped trousers, short sleeve shirts and halter neck dresses and tops. Now colors: Red, Black, White and Navy. Maybe this is an idea if you just have these colors in your wardrobe you never have to worry about "does this match"

Patterns also matter and you most likely see Polka Dots, Gingham (which is very very hot this spring and summer)

Guess they also embrace motifs as Cherries, Skulls, Dice and Bows. I do not specialize in this style but if you want to embrace this fashion trend there are a number of shops online and search eBay for "Rockabilly"

They look very much like pinup girl and Katy Perry is well know for rocking this style! It also seems that tattoos are a must. So if you want to wear this style embrace it because a "rockabilly" girl is very confident!  As I have said before if you want to try this style maybe get a polka dot dress or a A-line mid length skirt.

Wear what you want to wear! Be confident and looked pulled together! That is my biggest pet peeve if you need help ask.

I saw a ad on Facebook and wanted to take a look on I can get an entire workout outfit for $25! So I looked and I said ok what the heck! I ordered  my fabletics outfit

I did see that I will be a VIP member which means I get to pick a different outfit for $49 for the 1st of the month. I can skip anytime.

I ordered this on Thursday morning and I received this today! WOW!!! This is such quality clothing and the fit is perfect! You will not be disappointed. It is worth every penny. 

The only complaint I have is my outfit was $29 and not $25. Finally workout gear that is cute and so well made.

One Shoulder Cuts Spring 2015

The one shoulder is a big fashion trend for Spring and Summer!

I purchased a teal one shoulder on Clearance at White House Black Market 3 years ago. I thought about selling this at the beginning of fall but decided to hold on to it! Glad I did because it is all the rage for the season! Dresses, tee shirts and blouses. I would just buy 1 piece. I would not go and have a whole closet full of them. As soon As I list them on eBay they are gone.

Fashion Investment #8 Jewelry your own style

Love a great jewelry piece! I would pair a clunky necklace with one of my suits when working and it would just give it a great pulled together look. I have a gold piece and a silver piece that I kept for my wardrobe. I think you can put on a white shirt and a great necklace and look so pulled together!

I think the most must have investment jewelry pieces are a diamond stud or gold hoop earring.  I have a few friends that have a signature ring. One is a signet ring that has been passed down and it studded in diamonds and the other ring is bold gold with a significant diamond in the middle. I always love that look and I always noticed how awesome it looked!

So is jewelry fashion? Yes.. Clothing and jewelry one makes the other look better. The fashion experts say a fine jewelry earring is required. When spending the money on a jewelry item first ask yourself how often will I wear this and will it become a signature piece. I would buy trendy jewelery that is the fashion jewelry. The best pieces buy classics and let the gifts roll in!

I love the Chaps line at Kohl's as there are so many classic designs as well as Lauren Conrad.

Buy a classic gold necklace, great watch and classic earring. I also want to add a signature ring besides your wedding rings.

Worth the investment!
